may 3, 2026 // POWDERHORN PARK, MPLS

Mayday 2026 is a community-organized parade, ceremony, and festival held on May 3, 2026 in Powderhorn Park in South Minneapolis.

Mayday Minneapolis is now a decentralized community-run celebration. We need your help and support to continue for generations to come.  Join us in building this grassroots structure to celebrate spring, communities, peace, and social justice for all!

ABOUT MAYDAY

The mission of Mayday Minneapolis is to enliven the Twin Cities community by producing the annual Mayday Parade, Ceremony and Festival.

Mayday Minneapolis is operated by a 501 (c) 3  non-profit organization, Peer Education Health Resources (PEHR). It Does Business As Mayday Minneapolis.

This non-profit structure is driven by the community’s need and dedication to continue our beloved Mayday Parade, Ceremony and Festival and will provide the legal, fiduciary, and logistical structure necessary to operate.

Mayday Minneapolis will organize Mayday's logistics (e.g. secure permits, barricades, safety, insurance, and sanitation) and organize logistics for community arts groups who are involved in the Parade, Park Festival and the Tree of Life Ceremony.
